Thomas Strohmer was a corporate client advisor at the Deutsche Bank AG from 1985 to 1989 before going to work for Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG. After completing a traineeship, he worked as a client advisor and then as a general representative in the Lake Constance region before becoming the manager of the Southern Württemberg branch in 2000.

He was appointed manager of the Northern Württemberg branch in early 2012.

Since 2014, he has held entrepreneurial responsibility for all companies of the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Gruppe. He initiated the participation in fuchs-fm GmbH as well as the foundation of see finance Consulting GmbH and see finance Schweiz AG.

His experience and knowledge in market and industry he has provided him with an extensive network in the business and finance world.

Michael Eisele trained initially as an insurance specialist before becoming a client advisor in property insurance at Allianz Versicherungs AG. In 2000 he moved to the Allianz subsidiary Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG and after completing a traineeship and working as a commercial client advisor as from 2002, he managed the Lake Constance general agency.

Michael Eisele took over operational responsibility for see finance GmbH as managing director in 2011 and laid the foundations for the rapid expansion of the company, including in neighbouring Austria and Switzerland.

He manages the Waldburg branch of LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH and, together with Thomas Strohmer, was responsible for establishing see finance Schweiz AG.

After his studies in Heidelberg he began his career in 2012 with a trainee program at Euler Hermes Deutschland AG. In 2013 he took over responsibility for the regions Rems-Murr-Kreis and North-/East-Stuttgart as a “Direktionsbevollmächtigter Vertrieb” (Senior Sales Manager). One year later his sales area was enlarged as a result of a sales structure reform and he was additionally in charge for the regions of Stuttgart City and Ludwigsburg.

In 2017, he joined the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Gruppe team as consultant and Head of Sales of fuchs-fm GmbH.

He has been Managing Director of fuchs-fm GmbH since 01.02.2021.

Since 01.01.2025 he has been Managing Director of LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH.

After working as a bank officer and obtaining a university degree, Jörn Volk started his career at Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG in 1993. After completing a traineeship and working as a client advisor, he took over responsibility for the Stuttgart South – Freudenstadt region as general agent.

He was appointed branch manager of the Nuremberg branch in 2000. He was then appointed executive manager and CEO of the Euler Hermes companies in Switzerland in 2006. Later on, he was given the job of forming Euler Hermes Reinsurance AG in Switzerland in his capacity as a member of the Administrative Board.

After leaving the Euler Hermes Group, Jörn Volk worked as a consultant for see finance and has worked for see finance Schweiz AG in Zurich since 2015.

After studying Business Administration in Hamburg, Sascha Roloff began his professional career at Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG. Here, he received the “ideal basic training” for his later successful career as a credit and surety insurance broker.

Several years at Gothaer Credit Versicherung AG provided him with a wealth of experience in sales. His strong affinity for the credit sector continued throughout his subsequent professional career.

As branch manager in Hamburg at akf bank | akf leasing, he was able to further develop his leadership skills.

In 2005, Sascha Roloff finally founded DBS Bürgschafts- und Finanzierungsservice GmbH, which he brought into the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Group in June 2025 and continues to lead as managing director. DBS’s regional activities are focused on Eastern Germany, Northern Germany, and Northern Bavaria.

His first station after his studies in 1998 has been at attorney Wolfgang Illig in Stuttgart administering companies in receivership, where he accumulated experience in the causes of, issues in and effects of receiverships and insolvencies.

In 1999 he moved to Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG. After completing its trainee programme and working as a commercial client advisor, he was given responsibility for the Fildern-Tübingen-Neckartal sales area as senior executive branch manager for sales in 2001 before taking over responsibility for the Zollernalb-Rottweil-Freudenstadt region in 2010.

Since 2014, he has been part of the team of the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Gruppe where he has contributed his market and industry experience to advise new and existing clients. He is also responsible for many administrative and organisational functions of the group.

Jürgen Arweiler began his career in 1991 after working abroad in France, England and Switzerland at IBM Deutschland GmbH. After Lexmark Deutschland GmbH was spun off from IBM, Jürgen Arweiler was responsible for reporting on risk management and cash management to the European and American headquarters.

He moved to Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG in 1994, where he took over regional responsibility for northeastern Baden-Württemberg (Stuttgart, Hohenlohe, Schwäbisch Hall, Main-Tauber) in 1995.

Since 2014, he has been contributing to the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Gruppe with his large network in acquiring and advising new and existing clients. Jürgen Arweiler is also active as an advisor to other companies. He speaks good business-level French and English and fluent Spanish and Italian.

Timo Schlatter has been working in the insurance industry since 1996. In 2015, he moved to the Coface branch in Germany, where he worked as a corporate client advisor for over 5 years. His focus here was on credit insurance, financing, guarantees, long-term cover, debt collection and innovative information solutions.


In 2020, he moved to broker support, where he was responsible for the challenging tenders from the broker market. In 2022, he also took over responsibility for this area on an interim basis.


Since 2024, he has been the new team leader responsible for the Account division of the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Group, where he contributes his market and industry experience to advising and supporting new and existing clients.

Michael Stasny began his professional career in the banking sector before switching to the credit insurance industry in 2013. He held various functions in sales and account management at Coface and Allianz Trade (formerly Euler Hermes).


From 2021, he took over the leadership of the account management team for the direct and partner portfolio in Germany and was also responsible for the implementation of the global Coface CRM tool for the Northern Europe region (Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark) as project manager and product owner.


From 2023, he took on the role of Head of Commercial Excellence with the functions of reporting, onboarding, commercial projects, campaigns and the further development of the CRM tool.


Michael Stasny has been responsible for international key accounts at Leading Brokers United – Credit & Finance since 2024.


In addition to his many years of experience within the credit insurance industry, he also has project and IT experience (especially CRM).

Stefanie Rehder trained as a bank officer at Hohentenger Bank eG. She then moved to the industrial sector but later returned to banking at the Volksbank Saulgau eG as a customer advisor.

In 1997 she continued her career in banking at the Deutsche Bank AG – also as a customer advisor – before moving to Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG in 2002. At Hermes she worked both in the private sector as an assistant to the branch manager and in sales administration as well as in the public sector for export guarantees of the Federal Republic of Germany. Over a period of over 10 years she gained industry and product knowledge in almost all areas of credit insurance.

Stefanie Rehder joined the company in 2013 and is the contact person for our clients’ queries and problems. She coordinates and accompanies the renewal negotiations of our contracts and supports our clients with her comprehensive knowledge in all areas of the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Gruppe.

Tom-Hendrik Schafstall holds a bachelor’s degree in law and two master’s degrees in international economic law and corporate and financial law.

After completing a trainee program at Marsh, one of the largest international brokerage companies, in 2022/2023, he worked there for over two and a half years in brokerage and customer service in trade credit and surety insurance.

Tom-Hendrik Schafstall joined the team at LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH in February 2026 and is responsible for account management and sales for credit and surety insurance, particularly in northern Germany.

After completing her studies, she began her professional career at Coface in Germany in 2011 as a branch assistant at the Stuttgart office. Already in February of the same year, she took over the function of contract manager.

From February 2021, she then moved to the position of Account Manager for the Broker Business based in Stuttgart and was responsible for the holistic support of defined credit insurance customers in cooperation with the brokerage houses.

Since January 2024, she has supported the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH team in account management for credit insurance clients.

Heidi Krentz initially trained as a publishing clerk and worked in sales for business information at Hoppenstedt Verlags GmbH & Co. KG. She completed her law studies in Mainz and Tel Aviv in 2011 with the second state examination in law. During her studies, she completed a six-month internship at the Society for International Cooperation in La Paz, Bolivia, where she worked as a consultant.


After completing her studies, she worked in a business law firm in Frankfurt. Her advisory work focused on asset restructuring in the private and corporate sector, banking law, inheritance law and general contract law.


In 2015 she moved to Coface SA, branch office in Germany. After joining as a corporate consultant, she took over as Account Manager for the area of domestic key accounts.


Since 2024 she has been part of the team of LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH, where she supports and advises our existing customers as Account Manager.

After studying IT in the fields of media and communication and further training as a business administrator, she started her career at Coface Germany in 2011. As a branch assistant at the Stuttgart office, she supported both the sales and contract departments.

From 2019, as Sales Solution Manager, she was entrusted with tasks such as calculating and preparing quotations, supervising pre-inspection credit limit requests and advising and supporting sales.

Since January 2024, she has strengthened the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH team in customer support.

He completed his law studies in Tübingen, Heidelberg and Leiden (Netherlands) in 1998 with the second state examination in law and began his career at Frankfurter Versicherungs AG (Allianz Group) in the private customer sector with management responsibility for independent agents. He later moved to the training department, where he trained young employees and supported them in the field. At the same time, he completed a degree course in “Personnel Development”, which he finished in 2005 with a Master’s degree.

After a short period of parental leave, he joined what is now fuchs-fm GmbH in 2006 as Head of Customer Service for comprehensive customer support in the back office.

Since 2024, he has been the central contact for all questions relating to credit limits in the context of credit insurance, as well as the first point of contact for the D&O, fidelity insurance and criminal legal expenses insurance divisions. He is also the contact person in the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Group when it comes to the legal assessment of matters.

Julius Egen-Gödde began his apprenticeship as a banker at VR Bank Starnberg-Herrsching-Landsberg eG in 2012. After successfully graduating, he moved to the corporate customer division and from then on served medium-sized customers in all financial matters.

At the same time he completed his banking degree and his bachelor’s degree at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He wrote his bachelor thesis on financing alternatives for medium-sized companies.

In early 2020, he built up the German business for an international fintech. In addition to building the brand, he was responsible for the sales team.

Since November 2022, he strengthens see finance Consulting GmbH with his extensive financing experience from the traditional banking as well as fintech sector.

Following her apprenticeship, Annette Haag initially worked as case manager in the sales department of the machine factory Lauffer GmbH & Co. KG before moving on to Hewlett-Packard GmbH, where she was a case manager in the departments of telephone sales, support marketing and customer service contracts.

After taking a break due to family commitments which was followed by employment at the business and personnel consultancy firm Concilium, she then took over general secretarial and organisational tasks at fuchs-fm GmbH. She is additionally jointly responsible for back office contract administration.

Parallel to this, since 2016 Annette Haag now reinforces the team of the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH, where she is also responsible for administrative tasks as well as client and contract administration.

After training as an industrial clerk at Putzmeister Concrete Pumps GmbH, Silvia Rauscher worked for over 15 years as an export clerk in international sales, where she was responsible for quotations and order processing for a defined country area. She was then responsible for accounts receivable and documentary payment processing in the export finance department.

After her parental leave, she returned to financial accounting and gained experience in various areas with a focus on travel expense accounting.

She joined the LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH team in 2021 and is responsible for all areas of accounting.

After her apprenticeship at Deutsche Metrohm GmbH in Filderstadt, Beate Wirth worked for 9 years at tubo Haus und Handwerk in the quotation department.

After a family break, she initially worked as a mini-jobber at Keltenhof Frischprodukte GmbH, where she was responsible for various office tasks, before joining the current LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance Group at the end of 2017, where she supports the management and team as a part-time assistant.

After completing her studies, Heidi Locher worked at Euler Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG as an account manager. After several years in the company’s internal sales department, she took some time out for her family.

At the end of 2014, she started working as a part-time employee at LEADING BROKERS UNITED – Credit & Finance GmbH. Today she supports the team in the back office.
